Prior to the mortgage industry, Lee worked as a new car dealer for 25 years. He says a commonality between the two career paths is the attention to customer satisfaction. Lee says his goal is to efficiently answer questions on the reverse mortgage process, to help people ease their financial stress, plan for the future and stay happy and healthy in their homes for as long as they can.
