MISSION STATEMENT

Seniors Home Reverse Mortgage was formed as the result of a personal need. 

A few years ago, my mother had been living in her home for 37 years. She was 82 years old. She wanted to stay in her home but with a limited income, she was facing financial difficulties. She mentioned to me that she had heard about the FHA Reverse Mortgage. She asked me to take a look at that option. Over a period of several weeks I found the search for the information to be a very slow process and not clearly defined. After lengthy research, I realized that a Reverse Mortgage was a perfect solution for the financial needs facing my mother. She was both relieved and gratified that such a safe and secure financial option was available.

I also realized that other senior citizens, who may be curious about this FHA program, would want someone to explain the details of a Reverse Mortgage in a way that would help them make a knowledgeable decision. The main question: is a Reverse Mortgage a good option in establishing financial independence and peace of mind and continue to live in the family home?

My mother made the decision that this federally insured program was her answer! It also changed my life! After 15 years in a corporate job, I decided to open my own Reverse Mortgage Company. My mother was my company’s very first customer.
