MISSION STATEMENT

Seniors Home Reverse Mortgage was formed as the result of a personal need.
My mother is 82 years old and has been living in her home for 37 years. She wanted to stay in her home but is on a limited income. She mentioned to me that she had heard about a Reverse Mortgage. Over a period of several weeks I found the search for the information to be a very slow and tedious process and not clearly defined. After careful and lengthy research, however, I realized that a Reverse Mortgage was, in fact, a perfect solution for the financial needs facing my mother. She was both relieved and gratified that such a safe and secure financial option was available.

I also realized that other senior citizens who are curious about this relatively new financial benefit will need someone to explain the details of a Reverse Mortgage in a way that would help them make a knowledgeable decision. The main question: Is a reverse mortgage a good option for others, as it was for my Mother - in establishing financial independence and security in their senior years.
